We target Western metropolitan communities with stable, diverse economies and growth opportunities. As such, acquisition targets are likely to be 100 to 500 units, generally constructed after 1985, in need of concentrated attention. Mixed-use properties and conversion opportunities are also an area of focus, as we have converted several multi-family rental communities into condominiums, and commercial and industrial properties into multi-family.
