Connecticut Yankee Alex Gandelman joined Hamilton Zanze in February 2010. A graduate of Plymouth State University in New Hampshire, Alex earned his Bachelor’s in Finance with a minor in Philosophy. He moved to Portland, Maine after graduation and was hired in the small loans division of Toronto Dominium Bank. In 2009, Alex came to San Francisco, landing at HZC six months later, bringing excellence and enthusiasm to our workplace.
Since joining our company, Alex has worked as part of the finance team in a multi-faceted position. He is now responsible for monitoring cash accounts, property financial reporting, and, most importantly, analyzing and recommending the level of distribution payments (making him a favorite point of contact for our investors).
Alex plays guitar and often spends his weekends taking in live music and theater.
