Originally from Yorba Linda in Southern California, Kyle Brown moved north to attend UC Berkeley. While at Berkeley, Kyle explored his interest in real estate with a summer internship after his freshman year. Three years later, he found himself in David Nelson Sr.'s class listening to a presentation from Hamilton Zanze, and he was hooked.
As a recent college graduate, and the newest member of the Acquisitions team, Kyle looks to assist both Acquisitions and Asset Management in order to gain a well rounded set of skills and knowledge. He is currently responsible for the initial underwriting on potential acquisitions and is also in the process of mastering our Revenue Management tool, Yieldstar. One day, he hopes to continue his education by pursuing an MBA.
