A San Francisco native, Wanda has been licensed as a California Real Estate Agent since 1981, but her real estate career started in Southern California. Wanda has worked in residential and multi-unit brokerages both in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. She started as a multi-unit loan processor for Home Savings & Loan and has since gained considerable experience working with group acquisitions. Wanda met Mark Hamilton in 1988, then later worked exclusively as Mark's assistant when Mark Hamilton & Company emerged in 1994. 

As Hamilton Zanze's very first employee, Wanda's role has shifted many times since 2001. At present, Wanda's responsibilities include: management of company personnel, accounting, facilities, logistics, financial and tax reporting. Of the many office roles Wanda oversees, she takes special pride in her long standing relationships with many valued investors, providing a senior level of customer care.
