Ben Eilers is a Pennsylvania native who graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1986 with a B.S. in Psychology. Moving to San Francisco in 1988 to renovate Victorians, he was hired to work at Quantum Land Company, Mark Hamilton’s development firm. Later, expanding into the brokerage arm, Property Resource Group, Ben spearheaded the company's work in forming Tenancies In Common, then nascent in residential real estate.
He left the Bay Area in 1995 to pursue his passion of building homes and spent a decade building custom homes on Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts and in Colorado's Rocky Mountains. Bens’ return to real estate in New York City led him back to San Francisco, where he re-united with Mark Hamilton at Hamilton Zanze and now serves as Director of Investor Relations.
