Kurt has nearly 15 years of real estate experience and has been a principal of Hamilton Zanze since 2007. His experience includes asset management, property management, leasing, and acquisition and disposition of income producing properties. Before joining Hamilton Zanze & Company, Kurt was with Tishman Speyer Properties in San Francisco, the Silicon Valley and Chicago, where he was involved in: marketing and leasing; negotiating contracts; forecasting and budgeting; managing personnel and third party vendors; and establishing asset direction and planning for seven million square feet of Class A and Class B office space.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Kurt was Vice President of Investment Sales at Grubb & Ellis Company in San Francisco where he represented clients in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of commercial property.
Kurt is a San Francisco native and graduated with a BA in political science from the University of California at Berkeley.
