As a Senior Acquisitions Associate and Asset Manager, Tim provides extensive expertise in deal sourcing, underwriting, loan originations, and closing. Following each close, he continues to manage the assets to ensure the smooth execution of each investment’s unique business plan.
Prior to joining Hamilton Zanze in 2009, Tim worked as a project manager for the New Jersey real estate developer, overseeing the construction of a variety of commercial, retail, and residential assets. His professional credentials include a Certificate in Sustainable Design from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and LEED accreditation.
Tim graduated from Lafayette College with an Engineering degree before receiving an MBA from the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. In his downtime, Tim hits the trails hiking, mountain biking, and camping. A fine woodworker, his parents enjoy several pieces of furniture he’s built for their farmhouse.
